Our Health Guarantee

Your Chaos Corner puppy has the following guarantee:

1. To be in good physical condition for the first 48 hours after receiving the puppy. The buyer agrees to have the puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within 2 business days of taking delivery of the puppy. If the vet finds the puppy to have a serious physical condition other than a viral/bacterial cold or infection, such as Giardia or Coccidia, which is easily treated, the breeder will replace the puppy with another puppy of comparable or better quality when available, after the puppy is returned to the breeder at the buyer’s expense or put to sleep, whichever is better for the puppy. The breeder reserves the right to a second veterinarian opinion at the expense of the breeder. If the puppy is not examined within 2 business days of receiving the puppy by a licensed veterinarian, all guarantees listed are not valid unless a prior arrangement was made between the buyer and the seller.
2. To be free from any genetic health issue other than what is deemed “standard” for this breed or out of our control: cherry eyes, entropion, “loose hips”, sniffing or snorting sound when breathing, umbilical hernia, or skin allergies. We do not cover mange as it can be caused by environment, stress, and nutrition. We do not breed any dogs with these above stated conditions such as “loose” hips or mange, but we can’t guarantee previous generations did not have these conditions. Therefore. We cannot guarantee they will not show up in future litters.
3. Puppy will have received age-appropriate vaccinations and several wormings and has been checked by a licensed veterinarian. No replacements given in cases of Parvo.
4. If puppy is purchased with intention of breeding, fertility and guarantee of profits from dogs is not guaranteed.
5. This guarantee is void if transfer of ownership occurs.
